How Does Multimedia Help in the Operation of a Business?

What’s more interesting in “multimedia” is how multimedia tools support a business - the promotion, the sales, and the marketing of their products and services.
In our interview, we found out the importance of every multimedia platform and its purpose in a business. We interviewed Mr. Jef Dancel of Lacasa Arte Events Management Services in Calamba, Laguna.
On the day when Miss Anna Kagaoan told us to interview a multimedia based company with the new groupings, we started to give contact details to each other and try to reach out for every multimedia based company that we know. From so many companies that we know, only three of them accepted our invitation for the interview. We decided to send our prepared questionnaires to them so that they will be ready for the interview proper. They are the one who set the schedule for the interview. But on the day of our appointment with them, two of them had an emergency appointment with others so we still have one more left and that is “LACASA ARTE EVENTS MANAGEMENT SERVICES. When we reached the studio for the interview, we introduced ourselves to the owner and the business assistant of the studio. Before we start the interview, they already shared a little bit about them. After few minutes, we decided to start the interview proper.
We really learned a lot. We found out that… Without having the most modern techniques to analyze the data and to solve the data, companies would never be able to satisfy the rapid demand of the people. We all know that the people nowadays could easily be updated for the new products and trends by just one click on their computers or mobile phones so the business companies should also get different sort of information by the use of advanced technology. Through advanced technology, you could operate your business in a most convenient way. You could use your laptop, mobile phones, ipad, etc. anywhere in the country to get information for the development of your product, to communicate to your valued customers, to monitor your finances, to improve your designs, and many more. Because of the information system, new products and services are collaboratively developed across traditional boundaries with all intellectual property in the public domain. New business models are creating an alternative way in creating value online. This is already starting to happen wherein companies are adding services for their products turning fixed cost into valuable cost leveling competitive playing fields in the market.
He also said that if you want to succeed on your chosen career, you should know first if that’s what you really want. After that, you should have your goal. Be patient and persevere to what you started, don’t give up easily. And also, you should have your purpose. But before all of that, you should study hard and finish your schooling for it is your building block in putting up a business.

I really enjoyed doing this project because while WE’RE HAVING FUN bonding with each other, we also met interesting people who became successful because of perseverance and creativity. It is just so good to feel that there are also other people who love what we also love. Most of them are really successful now. That’s why we look up to them and set them as our INSPIRATION. I’ll never forget this experience.
